New Years Eve Parties 2017

1. Eskimo Dance NYE

2. Bassfest

WHERE: Magna Science Adventure Centre, Rotherham
TELL ME MORE: At this Sheffield party you’ll find one of 2017’s greatest new stars, J Hus, alongside Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty’s fave artist, Jaykae, and Brummie MC Mist.

3. Bass Jam

WHERE: Victoria Warehouse, Manchester
TELL ME MORE: Bringing ‘Fester Skank’ to Manchester’s enormous club venue is headliner Lethal Bizzle, with support from DJs Chris Lorenzo, Tom Zanetti & K.O. Kane – not to mention comedy dude Big Shaq, the character behind this year’s viral hit ‘Man’s Not Hot’.

4. Hogmanay ‘18

WHERE: Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh
TELL ME MORE: Rag‘N’Bone Man is set to fill the historic gardens of Edinburgh with the bluesy pop of his debut album ‘Human’, at this Hogmanay celebration topped off by an awesome firework show.

5. Interstellar

WHERE: Crane, Birmingham
TELL ME MORE: DJ Hype back-to-back with DJ Hazard means one thing – utter chaos. Drum & bass crew SaSaSaS take the reins from midnight.

6. NYE at Canal Mills

TELL ME MORE: Superstar DJs at this Leeds show include Hannah Wants, Danny Howard, GotSome, and Sonny Fodera.

7. Chic Feat. Nile Rodgers

WHERE: Central Hall, London
TELL ME MORE: To celebrate the end of their 40th active year, and with the promise of new music in 2018, this night of disco will not disappoint. Tickets aren’t cheap, but it’s also being broadcast live on the BBC. 

8. Catholic Action

WHERE: Nice N Sleazy, Glasgow
TELL ME MORE: Glasgow’s riotous rock outfit are marking Christmas with new track ‘No Angels’, and New Year with this tasty Hogmanay gig.

9. Nightvision Hogmanay

WHERE: Liquid Rooms, Edinburgh
TELL ME MORE: Superstyling headliners Groove Armada need no introduction at this evening of house – and the undercard boasts equally exciting DJs in the form of Joris Voorn and Ben Pearce, to name but two.

10. Tropical New Year’s Eve

WHERE: OPEN, Norwich
TELL ME MORE: “We’re going to be playing the music from our miss-spent youth,” say breakbeat bros Plump DJs of their headline set at this tropical evening. Be prepared.
